Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using ORANGE CLEANING's services. By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.
ORANGE CLEANING provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Toronto and the GTA. Services are provided as described at the time of booking. We reserve the right to modify service scope with notice.
Bookings are confirmed upon mutual agreement of date, time, service type, and pricing. We accept e-transfer. Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise arranged in advance.
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment. Late cancellations or lockouts may be subject to a cancellation fee of $100.
Clients are responsible for providing safe, unobstructed access to the property. We are not responsible for delays or incomplete service resulting from access issues.
If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a re-clean of the affected area. Claims after 24 hours may not be honoured.
ORANGE CLEANING is not liable for pre-existing damage, fragile items not disclosed in advance, or losses resulting from unsecured access. We are insured — please contact us for details.
We respect your privacy. Please see our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle your personal data.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
