Book a deep clean when regular maintenance hasn't been enough — first-time service, after a long gap, seasonal reset, before guests arrive, or when buildup in the kitchen and bathrooms needs proper attention. Most clients start with a deep clean and then move to recurring service.
A studio or 1-bedroom typically takes 3–4 hours with one cleaner. A 2–3 bedroom home usually takes 4–6 hours. For larger homes we send two cleaners, which cuts the time roughly in half. We estimate based on your home before booking.
It's not mandatory, but it's strongly recommended if the home has buildup or hasn't been professionally cleaned before. A deep clean creates a consistent baseline — after that, regular visits are faster and more thorough.
Yes. We arrive fully equipped — vacuum, mop, buckets, brushes, sponges, and professional-grade cleaning products. If you have a preferred product for a specific surface, let us know and we'll use it.
Deep cleaning is designed for occupied homes — we work around your furniture and belongings. Move-in/out cleaning is for empty or nearly empty spaces and includes inside cabinets, closets, walls, and appliances as standard. Both use the same $50/hr rate.
