Yes. Our minimum booking is 3 hours. Studios and small one-bedroom units are fully covered — we bring everything needed for the job.
A studio or 1-bedroom typically takes 2–3 hours. A 2-bedroom condo takes 3–4 hours. First visits may take a little longer as we get familiar with the layout.
No. Most clients arrange FOB or key access. We confirm access details before every visit and let you know when we're done.
