In most cases, yes. Landlords in Toronto typically expect the unit returned in professionally clean condition. A thorough move-out clean addresses exactly what landlords inspect — kitchen, bathrooms, floors, and appliances. We can't guarantee your deposit, but we give you the best possible chance.
A studio or 1-bedroom typically takes 4–5 hours with one cleaner. A 2–3 bedroom home takes 5–7 hours. For larger homes we send two cleaners. We estimate based on your home before booking.
No. Most clients arrange key or FOB access and aren't present. We coordinate all access details beforehand and let you know when the clean is complete.
We do our best. Month-end (especially the last week of the month) is our busiest period — contact us as early as possible. Mid-month bookings are usually easier to accommodate on short notice.
